Our client, a leading software house company, is on the lookout for a Technical Support Officer to join their team in Malta.
Your Responsibilities:
Providing technical support to clients with technical, hardware, and software system problems. Support can be offered remotely, via telephone or email as well as onsite when needed;
Coordinating with the IT team to make sure client IT infrastructure is operating well;
Troubleshooting connection issues, providing access to data, slow performance etc.
Skill-sets and Requirements
Work experience in such a role will be consdered an asset;
Motivation, excellent analytical skills and great communication skills are key;
Knowledge of networks such as setting up routers and other equipment;
Knowledge in Microsoft Windows as a desktop;
Strong command in both English and Maltese.
Education & Experience
A Higher National Diploma or Degree in Computer science or similar would be considered an asset, but not a must.
