Technical Support Officer

Malta  |  up to €27,000 

Our client, a leading software house company, is on the lookout for a Technical Support Officer to join their team in Malta.

Your Responsibilities:


  • Providing technical support to clients with technical, hardware, and software system problems. Support can be offered remotely, via telephone or email as well as onsite when needed;
  • Coordinating with the IT team to make sure client IT infrastructure is operating well;
  • Troubleshooting connection issues, providing access to data, slow performance etc.

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Work experience in such a role will be consdered an asset;
  • Motivation, excellent analytical skills and great communication skills are key;
  • Knowledge of networks such as setting up routers and other equipment;
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Windows as a desktop;
  • Strong command in both English and Maltese.

Education & Experience

A Higher National Diploma or Degree in Computer science or similar would be considered an asset, but not a must.
