Support Technician

  Central Malta  |  €20,000 - €28,000 Annually 

Our client is looking for a Support Technician to provide on-site hardware engineering and L1/L2 application support. This role involves maintaining hardware, diagnosing issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities:

  • Incident and Change Management
  • Asset and stock management
  • Problem, Knowledge Management and training
  • Ongoing and Preventive Maintenance
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management


  • Able to communicate well in English, both by speaking and writing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Experience in installing and configuring PCs.
  • Driving License.

Education and Experience

  • Higher level education in Mechanical/Electrical engineering (A-levels, diploma, or Degree).
  • 3 years experience in the handling of electro/mechanical equipment or supporting desktop workstations and printers.
