Software Support Analyst (D365)

Our client, a well-known group of companies, is on the lookout for a Software Support Analyst to join their team.

Providing support for Microsoft D365 Environment, your responsibilities include:

  • Providing 1st and 2nd line support.
  • Working closely with service providers.
  • Troubleshooting and managing incidents.
  • Internally escalating issues and discussing the right way forward.

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of Dynamics 365 OR Business Central OR Dynamics Nav.
  • Ideally, knowledge on Power BI, although this is not a must have.
  • Previous work experience any role where you worked with D365 or any other similar product.
