Our client is seeking to recruit a Service Desk Analyst to join the company's IT service across their international operations from their Malta offices. Reporting to the IT Support Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Answering users' calls, emails and tickets.
Providing technical support and troubleshooting as per company guidelines and procedures.
Accepting, managing and updating events, incidents and service requests to ensure that SLAs are met.
Taking ownership and responsibility of issues from start to finish.
Assisting in the deployment and testing, providing feedback and physical intervention when necessary.
