Service Desk Analyst

  Central Malta  |  €28,000 - €33,000 Annually 

Our client is seeking to recruit a Service Desk Analyst to join the company's IT service across their international operations from their Malta offices.  Reporting to the IT Support Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering users' calls, emails and tickets.
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting as per company guidelines and procedures.
  • Accepting, managing and updating events, incidents and service requests to ensure that SLAs are met.
  • Taking ownership and responsibility of issues from start to finish.
  • Assisting in the deployment and testing, providing feedback and physical intervention when necessary.

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Experience in PC hardware troubleshooting.
  • Experience using a ticketing system.
  • Willing to work on On-Call rotation.

A qualification in IT or related field
