Our client is offering a Data Center Ops Technician a job opportunity in Malta to work on a shift basis to cover the company's 24x7 operations. As a Data Center Ops Technician, you will work in a dynamic team on shift to ensure clients stay online in a mission-critical environment.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing 1st level technical support to the company's data centre's clients
- Identifying and responding to faults in a timely manner
- Monitoring of network infrastructure and all data centre systems
- Supporting servers running on both Microsoft Windows and Linux
- Ensuring that the services offered to the company's clients are of the highest quality throughout

Education & Experience
- Have a Diploma, advanced diploma or higher in Computer networking or systems
- Hold certifications in Cisco, Linux or Azure would be an advantage
