Junior IT Support

  Central Malta  |  €25,000 - €27,000 Annually 

Our client is looking for an IT Junior Support who will be responsible to provide frontline technical assistance and maintain system integrity across multiple platforms. 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to office staff, outlets, and remote workers.
  • Help end users with application and hardware issues.
  • Respond to support calls promptly and fix issues.
  • Create new user profiles and permissions.
  • Monitor tills, servers, and networks, coordinating with IT Supervisor and suppliers for problem-solving.
  • Set up and test new equipment.


  • Experience in relational databases and SQL is considered as an asset.
  • Driving license & own car.

Education and Experience

  • Qualification or any related field.
