IT Support Technician


Our client is looking to recruit for an IT Support Technician vacancy in Malta. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting high-profile IT systems, hardware and peripherals, end users and ensuring the current systems are available
  • Performing on-site corrective and preventive maintenance, resolving incidents and assisting with installations and upgrades
  • Working with customers, suppliers and the technical teams to meet and exceed SLAs and KPIs together with continuous improvement schemes of both performance and process
  • Performing preventive and corrective maintenance and diagnosing technical issues


Education and experience

  • Advanced Diploma in IT
  • Experience with operating systems and Office Suite
  • Networking exposure
  • Experience using Active Directory and Windows Servers
