Our client is looking to recruit for an IT Support Technician vacancy in Malta. Your key responsibilities will include:
Supporting high-profile IT systems, hardware and peripherals, end users and ensuring the current systems are available
Performing on-site corrective and preventive maintenance, resolving incidents and assisting with installations and upgrades
Working with customers, suppliers and the technical teams to meet and exceed SLAs and KPIs together with continuous improvement schemes of both performance and process
Performing preventive and corrective maintenance and diagnosing technical issues
Education and experience
Advanced Diploma in IT
Experience with operating systems and Office Suite
Networking exposure
Experience using Active Directory and Windows Servers
