IT Support Team Lead

Our client within the iGaming industry is on the lookout for an IT Support Team Lead to join their team in Malta.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing training, development and supervision to your colleagues.
  • Logging, investigating, and escalating incidents and requests in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Making sure that documentation is kept up to date.
  • Setting up user accounts, distribution lists, starters process etc.
  • Building and deploying hardware equipment.
  • Offering desktop support and software installation.
  • Assisting with systems administration duties such as installing equipment (PC's, printers, scanners etc).
  • Maintaining and updating asset and configuration management systems.

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Previous work experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to build and troubleshoot on both hardware and software.
  • Knowledge on Windows 10
  • Excellent written and communication skills in both Italian and English.
