IT Support Specialist


Our client, an IT solutions provider, is on the lookout for an IT Support Specialist to join their growing team.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Providing hardware and software support to external clients;
  • Troubleshooting and solving issues and errors;
  • Implementing and maintaining desktop computers, laptops, printers etc;
  • Escalate user queries, if and when needed.

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Ideally and approximately 1 year of work experience in a similar role;
  • Excellent communication skills in English;
  • Driving licence is a must;
  • Experience with troubleshooting hardware devices such as printer, laptop, mobiles etc;
  • Knowledge in ActiveDirectory.
