IT Support Officer


Our client is looking for an IT Support Officer to join their growing team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Installing, troubleshooting, testing and providing support on applications
  • Assisting the team in application deployments, testing and upgrades
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating accordingly to engineers
  • Providing end user support and training
  • Handling technical documentation and logging in of tickets

Education & Experience

  • Diploma in IT
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred
  • SQL knowledge would be a plus
