IT Support Executive

  South of Malta  |  €25,000 - €45,000 Annually 

Our highly reputable client is on the lookout for an IT Support Executive to join their team here in Malta. The client is looking is open to interview mid-level and senior-level candidates.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting and solving technical issues, both hardware and software.
  • Installing and configuring hardware operating systems whilst maintaining computer systems and networks.
  • On-boarding new joiners by setting up their work station and creating their user accounts, passwords, etc.
  • Assisting with IT inventory and stock check and orders.
  • Offering overall 1st and 2nd line support internally.
  • Backing up servers and replications.
  • Managing WiFi access points and network infrastructure whilst monitoring the internet connectivity.
  • Monitoring and managing CCTV and access control system.

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • A valid and clean driving licence.
  • Basic knowledge of Office 365 Applications.
  • Ability to prioritize internal issues.
  • A strong level of English verbal and written communication.
