IT Support Executive


A new IT Support Executive position is now available within the Manufacturing industry, where your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support on hardware, software and network, determining root causes and finding potential solutions
  • Writing and reviewing IT operation related documentation specifications and protocols, executing validation tests and recording results
  • Monitoring the helpdesk and call ques efficiently
  • Maintaining the company's data centre, server room and IT Laboratory safely and securely
  • Following and executing daily activities in order to ensure IT systems reliability in compliance with internal company procedures
  • Contributing to projects and tasks under the IT team's responsibility in order to ensure compliance, planning and providing appropriate technical solutions

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Able to work alone as well as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal level of English
  • Proactive and a strong 'can do' attitude

Education & Experience

  • Advanced Diploma in IT or equivalent
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position
  • Networking exposure
