ICT Support

Malta  |  up to €20,000 

Our client is one of the leaders in the manufacturing and distribution of food products. They are currently on the lookout for full-time ICT Support.

Your Duties:

  • Bring first-line IT Support to hardware, software and network.
  • Management of general matters related to systems security. 
  • Installation and set up of all ICT-related hardware, software and network.
  • Be part and actively contribute to the ICT Project meetings. 
  • Be an active part of the systems analysis and design when needed.
  • Bring support to internal departments. 
  • Documenting inventory and processes. 
  • Other ICT-related duties.

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • 2 years of IT first-line support experience;
  • Feel comfortable providing desktop support into Windows environment;
  • Have a meticulous thinking and problem-solving skills;
  • Thorough understanding of a networking, switches, and patch pannels;
  • Valid driving license;
  • Posses good verbal communicational skills and be enthusiastic, with a positive energy and right attitude;
  • Assets: Microsoft ( Exchange online, office 365, Dynamics 365, Power Automate, Power BI) , Sophos( XG Firewalls, Intercept X Security).

Education & Experience

IT Bachelor Degree preferably.
