Our client within the Financial Industry is looking for a Senior Digital Solutions Manager to help built a team
Responsibilities:
You will lead the design, development, deployment, and enhancement of the company's digital solutions, playing a key role in its digital transformation.
Design scalable, secure solution architectures aligned with strategic goals, establishing and maintaining standards and documentation.
Oversee the design and development of digital solutions, including technical infrastructure and business process transformation.
Manage and enhance workflows, configurations, and functions within digital platforms.
Operate a service desk based on best practices, address production issues, and perform daily administrative tasks.
Inspire and empower a multidisciplinary team, fostering innovation, professional growth, and accountability.
Ensure data quality and integrity while integrating innovative technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of system architectures, workflows, and processes for optimization and reference.
Requirements
a minimum of six (6) years prior experience in implementing digital processes, workflows or systems using Pega Systems or other Low-Code Solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce.
Experience in software development, particularly using Java or Python, and SQL Scripting would be considered very advantageous.
Education and Experience
MQF Level 6 in Computer Science or a related field of study
