An esteemed financial institution is seeking to recruit a Products Executive to join their Products Strategy Unit within the organization. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:
Analysing data in relation to life product performance whilst supporting the team in this regard
Interpreting analysis whilst making suitable recommendations
Managing projects in terms of product integration, launches, testing and any changes which require implementation
Carrying out critical thinking exercises in cross functional process analysis and problem resolution for new and existing products
Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders
Developing, approving, delivering training and launching new/change of products
Monitoring internal processes and ensuring efficiency at all times particularly during pre and post product launches
Identifying trends which will enhance the organization's performance and profitability by carrying out customer and competitive analysis excercises
Monitoring the results of the organization against objectives
Act as a main point of contact for product related queries
Generating monthly reports to support business decisions
Assisting with the development of project KPIs and monitoring and overseeing the achievement of such
Any other related duties which may be assigned from time to time
Skill-sets and Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of Power BI would be considered an asset
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in English
Be commercially minded and client oriented
Multitasker with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Analytical with a key eye for detail
Previous experience within a financial services environment
Education & Experience
Possess a qualification in Economics, Financial services, Statistics or anything related
