ERP Business Analyst

A vacancy has arisen for a ERP Business Analyst to work within the Distribution industry. The job will entail maintaining a close working relationship with the Group Financial Controller. Your main responsibilities are as follows:

• Designing, implementing and monitoring business processes and policies in order to facilitate the collection and analysis of new or existing sources of data
• Increasing the automation and efficiency of group data collection and processing through the ongoing identification of new tools, procedures, external services and software to support data validation and cleansing
• Producing and tracking KPIs across various levels
• Developing and supporting reporting processes, whilst monitoring and auditing data quality
• Liaising with Senior Management to fully understand data content and identify useful indicators or analysis tools to guide commercial decisions and monitor performance
• Gathering, understanding and documenting detailed business requirements using appropriate tools and techniques
• Analysing and interpreting complex data sets relating to the group's business performance
• Creating data dashboards, graphs and visualisations
• Preparing and delivering clear presentations and reports for senior management
• Reporting accurately and clearly on activities being undertaken
• Carrying out any other task which may be reasonably required in this position

Skill-sets and Requirements

• Excellent Communication skills in English is a must
• Candidates that possess International Business Experience preferred
• Must be very analytical

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Analysis, IT or similar
• Knowledge of data analysis tools, ERP Systems, MS Dynamics Navision and Business Central is a must
• Experience overseeing and managing business operations, including sales, business development, and marketing would be considered an asset
