Our Client, a well-established international project management company in Malta, is looking for a Commercial Projects Executive to join their growing team.
This opportunity would be ideal for an Architect, Civil or Structural Engineer, or even a well-proficient Project Manager that is ready to step into Business Development and focus on the commercial aspects of the business.
Reporting directly to the Head of Business Development, your responsibilities will include:
- Oversee client inquiries, prepare fee proposals, follow up with clients, coordinate feedback and execute client reporting; and develop and deliver presentations;
- Take on small projects and handle them from start to finish;
- Developing operational contacts to support the business development team and contributing to the development of business development systems.
- Undertaking business development activities in both existing and new markets;
- Supporting the management and contributing to the implementation of the company's existing services relevant to its new and projected markets;
- Conduct market research to understand the target audience, competitors, and industry trends, and analyze data to identify opportunities.
- Develop engaging and informative content for various marketing channels, such as social media, email campaigns, and websites.
- Assisting and coordinating the compilation of marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc) to augment the company’s presence in the market
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and initiatives and that projects are completed on time and within budget.

- Able to work under pressure and to work closely with others and independently
- Analytical and have a measured approach to decision-making
- Excellent planning and organisation skills, a high level of integrity
Education & Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or an industry-related discipline, preferably Architecture
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Extensive experience in related disciplines is a must
- Technical and commercial acumen of real estate, construction and infrastructure projects
- A valid driving licence
