Our Fintech client is seeking to recruit a Technical Support role to join their growing team in Malta.

Desired Skills:

  • Willing to work on shifts (Shifts are Day/Night/Rest-Off)
  • Proactive and self-motivator
  • Help customers on all platforms (Email, Chat / Call)
  • Meticulous and attentive to detail
  • Being able to Troubleshoot problem
  • Ability to resolve API problems.
  • Able to internally refer to Level 2 Support
  • Able to update the CRM System
  • Produce full handovers at the end of each shift

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Understand basic technology
  • Computer Literate
  • Analyze Data & Identify Trends
  • Can speak and write English

Education & Experience

  • Diploma or Higher National Diploma in Networks or in a similar field
  • Prior experience in a similar role would be considered as an asset
  • Fresh graduates or current students in IT would be also considered for this role, on a part-time basis
