Technical Support Officer

€18,000 - €21,000  |  Malta

Our client is currently seeking to recruit a technical support officer in order to grow their team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Configuring and installing computer applications and hardware operating systems
  • Maintaining and monitoring networks and computer systems
  • Being the first point of call for anything related to the technical support services
  • Troubleshooting network problems and systems as well as diagnosing and figuring out software/hardware faults
  • Providing support, including both relevant reports and procedural documentation

Education & Experience:

  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or related subject or at least 1-year experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of email management systems (Gsuite)
  • Strong knowledge of MS Windows Operating systems, office suite and Active Directory

Desired Skills:

  • Fluency in English is a must. Maltese would be considered as an asset
  • Driving license and own transportation is a must
  • Willingness to learn
  • A team player with a proactive approach to work
