Systems Support Engineer

Our client is looking for a Systems Support Engineer to join their team. You will be tasked with making technology decisions on behalf of the company, including managing a technology budget and making investments to align the company with its vision for its technological needs. You should be a strategic thinker, an effective communicator, and an expert in technological development.

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Provide support to clients on IT systems and networks
• Make recommendations to improve the client's IT systems
• Carry out routine checks, configuration and installation of IT solutions
• Set up new users and manage security, passwords and documentation 
• Be responsible for the clients IT backup system and the management of servers 

  

 

Skill-sets and Requirements

• Driving license
• Experience in a similar role
• Good time management and prioritisation capabilities

Education & Experience

• Degree in computer science or related field.
• Microsoft certifications or equivalent are considered an asset
