Support Engineer

  South of Malta  |  €30,000 - €35,000 Annually 

Our globally known client is on the lookout for a Support Engineer to join their team in Malta.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Supporting internal IT systems for their global clients, both hardware and software.
  • Resolving and troubleshooting issues and updating assigned tickets.
  • Mostly managing both level 2 and level 3 support, whilst also assisting with initial technical investigation for level 1 issues.
  • Dealing with stakeholders when it comes to incident management and requests.
  • Diagnosing customer-impacting issues.
  • Ensuring changes to the live system are followed and implemented well whilst testing for any issues and documenting the process.

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • At least 3 years of work experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and solving bugs and issues.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
