Site Reliability Engineer

An excellent client within the iGaming industry is on the lookout for NOC Engineers to join their ever-growing team here in Malta. This role is offering office hours and no on-call duties.

Your Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and supporting of the production systems;
• Escalating issues forwarded by the customer support team;
• Preparing and taking part in the releases of new software;
• Working closely between NOC and DevOps team;
• Providing useful ideas that will help the NOC teamwork more smoothly;
• Being a point of contact to the various developers and supporting them with any queries or issues that might arise from time to time.

Skill-sets and Requirements

• 1-2 years of work experience;
• Excellent communication skills;
• A highly motivated character with a can-do attitude;
• Basic knowledge in Linux.

Education & Experience

Ideally, a Degree level of education in IT or similar, although this is not a must.
