Senior IT Administrator

Our highly reputable client is on the lookout for a Senior IT Administrator to join their team here in Malta. 

Reporting to the IT Manager, your responsibilities include:  

• Troubleshooting and resolving internal technical issues. 
• Supporting end-users during the on boarding and off boarding processes together with access management. 
• Providing 1st level technical support for cloud-based applications. 
• Monitoring and managing cloud infrastructure performance, security and availability. 
• Setting up, configuring and maintaining a cloud environment for different projects. 
• Implementing best practices for cloud security, data protection and disaster recovery. 
• Collaborating with suppliers to integrate on-premises systems with cloud services.

Skill-sets and Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Cloud environment such as AWS, Azure, etc.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze and solve issues.
• Experience in scripting languages for automation would be a big bonus.
