IT Support Specialist

Our client is seeking a motivated IT Support Specialist to join their team: 

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and determine optimal solutions based on internal user-reported issues and details.
  • Guide users through troubleshooting steps to resolve issues.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support as needed.
  • Provide clear and accurate information on IT products and services.
  • Document incidents and solutions in logs for future reference.
  • Follow up with customers to update them on their status and resolve inquiries.
  • Communicate user feedback or suggestions to the relevant internal teams.
  • Identify and recommend potential improvements to existing procedures.
  • Provide end-to-end support on solutions involving development.
  • Assist the project management team with QA, testing, and end-user training for development projects.

Requirements

  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Comprehensive understanding of various computer systems and networks.
  • Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy practices.

Education and Experience

  • Certification as an IT Technician is a plus (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional)
  • 1–2 years of experience as an IT Technician or in a related role.
