Our client is seeking to recruit a Service Delivery Manager to lead the company's IT service across their international operations from their Malta offices. Reporting to the COO, your responsibilities will include:
Leading and developing a team of support professionals
Owning the IT services, infrastructure and desktop monitoring and ensuring systems are running efficiently.
Troubleshooting and maintenance are carried out in a timely manner, ensuring the company maintains optimal service delivery.
Monitoring the troubleshooting process and implement improvements as necessary.
Managing relationships with vendors and suppliers and related SLAs.
Being involved in strategic decisions as well as managing relevant IT policies.
Acting as a point of escalation where necessary.

Clear communication and leadership skills
Education & Experience
ITIL certification is considered as a strong asset
Experience working in a Service Delivery function is a must
