IT Business Partner

Malta

Our client is looking to recruit an IT Business Partner within their team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a roadmap for IT operations and project management
  • Assisting in IT audits and providing security awareness
  • Nurturing relationships with stakeholders and maintain business continuity 
  • Handle asset management on hardware and licences
  • Provide assistance to Infrastructure Management to maintain a stable server, communication and network environment
  • Support Helpdesk management systems and assisting with disaster recovery plans
  • Ensure complete Service Delivery within IT, including backups and monitoring application health
  • Work closely with systems administrators to ensure state of the art systems, user support and applications
  • Maintain standards, processes and procedures to ensure compliance

 

Qualifications

  • Degree in IT or relevant qualification
  • 4 years of experience in Systems and Networks
  • Exposure to project management is a plus
  • Working knowledge of LAN/WAN, virtualisation and data
  • CCNA/MCSA would be an asset
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous
