A highly reputable company is on the lookout for an IT Administrator to join their team of professionals.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Preparing, configuring, and installing IT systems.
• Monitoring and maintaining IT equipment.
• Troubleshooting both system and hardware issues.
• Offering technical support and assisting with resolving issues.
• Providing user training and guidance when needed.
• Preparing relevant documentation and reports.

Skill-sets and Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Customer driven with general IT knowledge.
• Knows how to work well within a team.
• Previous work experience in a similar job would be given preference, however this is not a must-have.

Education & Experience

A Degree level of education in any IT related course.
