Head of IT Infrastructure and Support

  Central Malta  |  €50,000 - €55,000 Annually 

Our global client is looking for a Head of IT Infrastructure and Support to join their growing team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Management of the company's global IT infrastructure.
  • Ensure that the necessary precautions are planned, implemented and monitored for a robust and dependable IT infrastructure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry providers and manage suppliers and IT partners.
  • Liaise with internal departments to understand present and future infrastructure needs of the company.
  • Responsible for the correct onboarding and exiting of staff in terms of ICT.
  • Identify and manage contractors that the company can work with to solidify it’s IT infrastructure.
  • Ensure and guarantee the company's reliance on 24/7 IT systems uptime and support globally.
  • Ensure legal compliance of all IT Systems and access globally.
  • Create and manage a robust maintenance and investment plan for the company’s IT infrastructure.

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • 3 years experience working in a similar role
  • Experience with business processes and practices ideally in global settings

Education & Experience

A degree in the field of ICT
