First Line Support

A well-established Insurance Company in Malta is looking to employ a First Line Support to join the IT Team. The selected candidate will be mature with a can-do attitude and have an excellent customer service approach.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support internal clients with day to day software issues.
  • Able to prioritize incoming requests from a shared queue.
  • Responsible to perform an initial assessments.
  • Identify problems and implement a solution.
  • Act as a liaison between the user and development team. 

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Be a Tech Enthusiast.
  • Have a knack for problem assessment and solving.
  • Be driven towards achieving great service standards.
  • Great customer service skills

Education & Experience

Certification in an IT related course.
