Cloud Engineer

Our reputable client is looking for a Cloud Engineer to join their team here in Malta. 

Your responsibilities will be:

• Working with the Project Management Team on cloud-based projects.
• Monitoring, identifying and solving system related issues.
• Providing both internal and extertnal customer support.
• Performing 3rd level support for public, private, and also hybrid cloud customers.
• This position will have on-call responsibilities which is currently once every 6 weeks.

Skill-sets and Requirements

• Understanding of basic cloud methodologies and virtualized infrastructures.
• Extensive experience with virtualization, VMware preferred.
• Moderate understanding of networking principals.
• Must possess a knack for solving problems and picking up new technology.
• Must be detail oriented and able to follow complicated procedures.
• Must be highly motivated to learn and grow.
