A new Stores and Deliveries Coordinator role is currently available with one of Malta’s major players in the Safety & Security sector.
The individual is expected to:
- Report to the General Manager and Finance Executive;
- Prepare the day-to-day equipment required by the technical team;
- To be the first line of contact for local suppliers;
- Assist the General Manager with foreign orders;
- Receive delivery of all incoming inventory;
- Control stock levels and liaise with internal stakeholders to maintain adequate stock levels;
- Track, documenting and resolve any discrepancies on orders received;
- Transport goods from the stores to clients and the technical team;
- Maintain stock in the fleet used by the technical team;
- Maintain the warehouse and production area;
- Recommend procedures and processes to improve efficiency.
Skill-sets and Requirements
- Possess good organizational and planning skills;
- Demonstrate good communication skills in both English and Maltese;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Education & Experience
- Experience in the industry is a must;
