Our client is looking to grow their shipping team as the Accounts & Shipping Executive you will be:
- Coordinating shipments from abroad
- Handling Shipping documentation
- Working product costings
- Inputting purchase orders and stock receipts into the computer system
- Scanning of documentation
- Organising meetings and sourcing quotes
Working hours for this role are 07:30 - 16:30 from Monday to Friday
Skill-sets and Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role is a must
- Keen eye for detail & organised
- Aptitude for numbers & able to deliver presentations
- Ability to perform filing and record-keeping tasks.
Education & Experience
- Previous experience in Shipping
- Knowledge of bookkeeping is a must
- Minimum of an A'level standard of education
