Our client, a global Aviation company is recruiting for a Schedule Planning Officer to join their Commercial Team. Reporting to the Head of Network Planning, your duties will include;
- Ensuring the smooth execution of group’s commercial schedule in the most effective & efficient way.
- Ensuring all relevant updates surrounding all planning connected information and documents are given to all relevant parties in the Company and the Group.
- Developing and implementing effective business administration and function management for the Network Planning department.
- Developing and providing the Network Planning Manager proposals regarding the Group's planning.
- Participating in development of the Group's and the Company's missions, goals, and strategy under his/her functions.
- Obtaining traffic rights, slots, and all necessary commercial permits to ensure the smooth operation for the group’s activity.
- Ensuring all information in connection with the schedule planning is communicated in accordance with the Company and the Group’s regulations.
- Coordinating the group’s planned schedule with stakeholders within and outside the group.
- Developing and implementing actions for reduction of operational costs of the group.
- Participating in development and realization of the Group's planes on interaction with external service providers within his/her competence.
- Independently make decisions on the group's commercial planning activity within the scope of his/her authorities.
- Take measures on improvement of schedule planning, duly inform the Network Planning Manager about them.
Skill-sets and Requirements
- Previous industry experience (Aviation / Logistics) is desired, as well as experience performing Network Analysis.
- Fluency in English is required whilst knowledge of French is an advantage
- High Excel Proficiency
- Excellent skills in Organization, Teamwork and Communication
Education & Experience
BA in Economy/ Industrial Engineer or equivalent degree in relevant subject.
