Sales Coordinator (USA-West Coast)


We have a Sales Coordinator position based in Malta with one of the leading manufacturing companies. Joining a successful Sales Team at the company's West Coast Office, your key responsibilities include the following:

  • Supporting the USA Sales Team to meet their annual sales goals 
  • Processing requested quotes/proforma invoices 
  • Processing and shipping sample requests to customers 
  • Following-up on orders/shipments to ensure all items are priced correctly and shipped in a timely manner 
  • Generating and reviewing sale history reports 
  • Setting up new accounts in CRM and completing customer profiles 
  • Tracking leads, new projects and follow up as directed 
  • Coordinating all project components between customers and the sources of supply to ensure timely delivery and adherence to tight launch dates 

Working hours - 1st week: 12pm - 8.30pm &
                            2nd week: 2pm - 10.30pm respectively

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in project coordination between customers and manufacturing plants
  • Excellent project management experience
  • Have an analytic mindset and attentive to detail

Education & Experience

In possession of a Diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree business, marketing or equivalent
