Within this job as a Sales and Logistics Coordinator you will provide administrative back office support within the supply chain, while forming part of a team and reporting directly to the Sales Manager. Main duties include:
- Provide general administration support to the Sales team
- Generate & process quotations and maintain sales orders
- Check invoices, payment terms, product compliance and products availability
- Track the status of orders - from time of entry to shipment and customer receipt
- Liaise internally with relevant departments within the process - marketing, sales, production, finance
- Generate reports and presentations as needed
- Maintain accurate data and ensure agreed time frames within the supply chain process are being adhered to
- Support with any product launches
- Ensure the client's data is kept up to date
- Follow up and ensure customer complaints are tackled within a timely manner
- Assist with any suggested improvements within the whole process
Skill-sets and Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience within an office environment within a department related to Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service or Procurement being required
- Basic Computer Skills with a strong working level of proficiency in Excel being a must
- Professional level of English is needed with knowledge of Maltese, French or another language being seen as advantageous
- Attentive to detail and action oriented
- Approachable and good at Customer Care
- Good at monitoring and measuring whilst also being strong at problem solving
Education & Experience
- A' Level of Education is a must, however, a Diploma Level of Education is preferred
- ECDL certified
