Our client, a well established Logistics Company, is looking for a Projects Executive to join their growing team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintain regular communication with key clients to understand their daily and weekly shipping requirements.
- Provide accurate and relevant advice to both prospective and existing customers regarding tailored solutions.
- Create and present quotes and contractual agreements.
- Offer ongoing operational support.
- Document and report all activities and developments.
- Conduct client visits and deliver professional presentations to potential and current customers.
- Generate sales by building and nurturing relationships with new prospects and existing clients.
- Ensure all operations comply with established timelines and contractual obligations.
- Oversee the efficient and accurate execution of services provided by trucking companies, international agents, and other partners.
- Take a proactive stance in addressing both sales and operational challenges.
Requirements
- Experience in logistics locally is a must
- Clean driving license
- Willing to work extra hours as required from time to time
- Able to work on own initiative with attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Excellent level of English
