Plant Purchasing Manager

Malta

A new role as a Plant Purchasing Manager is now available, your responsibilities will include: 

  • Managing the sourcing and purchasing activities of the Malta plant
  • Working with category team, Europe team to ensure all plant procurement following purchase policy, have solid sourcing/contracting/execution process and spend smartly.
  • Managing suppliers not covered by category team from bidding list buildup from contracting until execution.
  • Be accountable for plant targets that contribute to business targets that Initiate and drive continuous process improvement and value improvement.
  • Drive consolidation and leverage within Europe plants.

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Able to work on own initiative

Education & Experience

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in purchasing
