We are seeking a reliable and highly organised Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day management of logistics, supplier coordination, and customer-related activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth operational flow by coordinating information, goods, and services between origin and destination.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency across administrative and operational functions.
What You’ll Be Doing
Sales Support
Assist the sales team with
enquiries, quotations, sampling, and transactions
Verify feasibility of customer enquiries and requirements
Ensure alignment between sales and accounts on receivables and payables
Supplier Management
Maintain and update supplier database and records
Manage supplier pricing, documentation, and quotations
Monitor supplier KPIs including quality, lead times, and complaints
Coordinate supplier deliveries and shipments
Payment Management
Prepare weekly reports on overdue supplier and customer payments
Support tracking and recovery of outstanding receivables
Trade, Data & Reporting
Reconcile supplier and customer accounts
Maintain master data files for suppliers and customers
Manage incoming and outgoing requests between sales and suppliers
Track projects, logistics files, and customer mapping
Logistics Coordination
Coordinate and optimise the full order cycle
Ensure shipping schedules are achievable and clearly communicated
Prepare shipping documentation including invoices and packing lists
Maintain relationships with freight forwarders
Monitor transport costs, delivery timelines, and efficiency
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ISO requirements
Track performance metrics and implement process improvements
Resolve logistics, transportation, and customer-related issues
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in an Operations Coordinator or similar role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills in English
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
Positive attitude with a proactive, can-do approach
