Within this job of a Logistics Executive you will form part of team while reporting to the Head of Logistics and you will be responsible for managing the daily distribution operation and warehousing functions, ensuring customer care, safety and quality are adhered to. Main duties are as follows:
- Managing sales orders: routing, picking, loading, delivery and return of trucks
- Ensuring incoming stock is received, stored, picked and issued appropriately
- Controlling of inventory levels
- Maintaining an efficient and safe working environment within the warehouse
- Reviewing of processes and procedures regularly
- Manage the Warehouse Management System and other IT software systems
- Liaising internally with relevant stakeholders at all levels
Education and Experience
- Diploma level of education relevant to warehousing and logistics
- Minimum 3 years experience within a similar position in Logistics
- Knowledge of the process to managing excise duty labels is seen as a plus
- Native level of Maltese is needed with a professional level of English also required
- IT Savvy
