Logistics Coordinator

Malta  |  €20,000 - €25,000 Annually 

A well established furniture manufacturing company in Malta, are looking for a highly organized Logistics Coordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire order cycle, from purchase to delivery.

You will be responsible to:

  • Acting as the intermediary between the logistics team and the clients
  • Scheduling deliveries in a logical manner 
  • Process sales orders and plan production
  • Ensuring delivery dates are met 
  • Setting appointments with clients in relation to deliveries 
  • Handling customer complaints in an efficient matter
  • Collection of payments from sub-contractors 

Skills & Requirements:

  • Must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Abile to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills in Maltese and English
  • IT Savvy
  • Previous experience in a similar role/industry experience will be given preference

Remuneration package will be determined according to the candidate's experience
