Logistics and Purchasing Administrator

€20,000 - €24,000  |  Malta

Our client, a leader within the furniture retail industry, is seeking to recruit a Shipping and Procurement Administrator to join their team on full time basis. Reporting to the General Manager, your duties will include;

  • Placing orders with suppliers
  • Monitoring stock, keeping a sufficient amount of threshold and replenishing when necessary
  • Ordering any other non-stock items requested from the showroom
  • Confirm orders and quantities with suppliers, coordinate shipment and overlooking the logistical process
  • Searching for new shipping rates
  • Confirming items, quantities and materials upon delivery to Malta and inputting relevant data into the stock system


Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role is required
  • Previous experience within a similar industry is seen as a major plus
  • Based in Malta and have an excellent level of Maltese and English (Written and verbal)
  • Excellent time management skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Proactive
