Distribution and Logistics Coordinator

Our client is currently seeking to recruit a Distribution and Logistics Coordinator. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the main responsibilities will be:

  • Managing the distribution function of the warehouse
  • Handling distribution tracking, logistics, and coordinating deliveries according to provided routes
  • Coordinating the loading of goods
  • Supervising team members and make sure distribution operations are completed efficiently
  • Coordinating route schedules
  • Handling write-offs and assisting with goods return

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Maltese and English
  • Clean police conduct
  • Highly organised, self-motivated and ability to work independently
  • Computer Literate

O'level standard of education
