Customer Support and Planning Officer


In this Customer Support and Planning Officer position within the manufacturing industry, your duties will include: 

  • Liaising with customers and understanding customer demands for their respective purchases;
  • Processing purchase orders and order enquiries in a timely and efficient manner;
  • Managing order fluctuations and rescheduling workload as per available capacity;
  • Progressing urgent PPAPs effectively to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met; 
  • Ensuring that area OTD and WIP days and arrears are in line with set objectives;
  • Participating in risk reduction plans and ensuring EHS instructions are implemented accordingly.

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Possess a strong eye for detail and an analytical approach

Education & Experience

  • Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain will be considered an asset
  • Proficiency in using MRP and MS Office applications
  • Experience in the Manufacturing Industry or within logistics will be considered an asset
