Our client is looking for Client Support & Distribution Personnel to join their team in their Malta plant.
- Analyze and upload customer demand forecasts.
- Align customer orders with forecasted demand and address any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with customers on Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) presentations.
- Ensure on-time, complete deliveries that meet customer requirements by coordinating with all relevant stakeholders, including cross-functional teams, Business Development, and the customer.
- Develop the distribution plan by coordinating with Production, QA/QC, and Planning to facilitate timely collections.
- Manage data within the ERP (SAP) system, update shipment trackers, and maintain the sales funnel.
- Monitor and follow up on uncollected orders.
- Create and manage Product Data Sheets (PDS) and Technical Data Sheets (TDS) for customers.
Working hours are normal office hours between Monday & Friday. Salary is based on experience.
Requirements
- Experience using SAP or other business management software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Education and Experience
- A Bachelor's degree in Maths and Computing, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, Chemistry or a related field.
- Previous relevant experience or a combination of qualifications and experience.
- Proficient with Office applications especially with Excel and PowerPoint at Advanced level is essential; Power BI knowledge would be an asset.
