Supply Chain Manager


In this job as a Supply Chain Manager, you will form part of the management team. Working closely with the Procurement Manager your main job responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating purchasing, warehousing and transport logistics within the local facilities
  • Sourcing materials, negotiating costs and obtaining quotations, as well as monitoring suppliers
  • Planning and organising deliveries according to required schedules
  • Overseeing product storage, handling and distribution
  • Liaising with the purchasing department as well as store managers to ensure effective ordering of materials and forecasting
  • Organising export shipments and preparing the associated documentation

Education & Experience

  • A Degree or equivalent in Purchasing and Logistics
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Supply Chain position
  • Local experience in handling supply chain and local imports/export regulations


  • A strong analytical, problem solving and negotiating skills
  • Excellent leadership skills aimed at motivating the team
  • Highly developed communication skills both in Maltese and English in order to translate complex supply chain issues to parties involved
