Logistics Administrator


In this job of Logistics Administrator your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring that incoming goods are stored in accordance with company requirements
  • Updating warehouse inventory levels to ensure that space is used effectively and efficiently
  • Scheduling and coordinating the use of the company loading bays
  • Ensuring that all activities are conducted in a safe and efficient manner
  • Coordinating with production, other departments and third parties to create orders
  • Maintaining orders and deliveries 
  • Following the entire orders process ensuring deadlines are achieved

Education & Experience

The vacancy requires:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of customs clearance and loading/unloading procedures
  • Eye for detail to perform inspection of incoming goods and label accordingly


  • Excellent communication skills in Maltese and English
  • Able to work independently under minimal supervision
  • Calm and problem solver
