Our client within the iGaming industry is looking to hire a Team Lead Java Developer to join their team in Malta. Having three people reporting to you, your responsibilities include:
Assisting the team with modernizing the legacy technical stack.
Together with the help of your team, you will be responsible for polishing software requirements.
Writing clean and efficient code, whilst also running tests to improve the systems' functionality.
Implementing and maintaining components.
Leading the team and providing mentorship and training when and where needed.
Skill-sets and Requirements
At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Java Developer.
At least 3 years of leadership experience.
Excellent knowledge in Java.
Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
Education & Experience
While a solid IT-related education is beneficial, a healthy work attitude and motivation to learn is always better than certificates.
