Software Developer Manager

Our esteemed clients are looking for a highly skilled Software Developer Manager to join their team and manage a high-performing team of architects and developers to deliver exceptional services and products.

Your job responsibilities will include:

• Guiding the team in creating and sustaining microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Leading and managing the software development team, delivering high traffic and critical applications. 
• Championing an Agile work ethic, ensuring the team follows Agile principles for streamlined project completion.
• Assuming responsibility for project schedules, ensuring punctual delivery while upholding quality and security benchmarks.
• Liaising with senior management to shape the software development strategy, staying current with industry standards and best practices.

Skill-sets and Requirements

• Agile project management proficiency
• Expertise in software security and integration.
• Advanced Java, Spring, Angular knowledge.
• Familiarity with MySQL, SQLServer, BigQuery databases.
• Hands-on experience with at least two of the following: Kubernetes, Jenkins, Redis, RabbitMQ.
• Previous experience in a similar role and managing a team.
