Junior .Net CRM Developer

A Start-Up company within a group of companies in Malta, is seeking to employ a Junior .NET CRM Developer who will be responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of customer relationship management (CRM) solutions using Microsoft .NET technologies. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of software development principles and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of Microsoft .NET CRM solutions
• Collaborate with senior developers and functional consultants to understand business requirements and design technical solutions
• Perform unit testing and system testing to ensure the quality of the solution
• Document development and testing activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft .NET CRM solutions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest development tools and techniques to continuously improve the solution development process
• Provide technical support to end-users as needed
• Participate in project planning and estimation activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Basic understanding of software development principles and methodologies
• Familiarity with Microsoft .NET technologies, specifically C# and ASP.NET
• Experience with CRM solutions, such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce, or SugarCRM, is a plus
• Experience with JavaScript and HTML/CSS is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
