Our clients are looking for a skilled and seasoned DevOps Manager to lead and enhance their DevOps function.
In this role, you will oversee the seamless integration of development, testing, and deployment processes across all platforms, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the DevOps team to support cloud infrastructure and service development, deployment, and operations.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate and streamline software delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, Information Security, operations) to ensure consistent DevOps processes across the organization.
- Ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability by implementing effective monitoring, troubleshooting, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Oversee configuration management, infrastructure automation, and version control systems.
- Implement security best practices to comply with company and industry standards.
- Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools, and systems, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities to the DevOps team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership position.
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Extensive experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab).
- Experience with version control tools such as Git.
- Solid understanding of infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong background in system administration and networking.
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Zabbix, Grafana) and log management.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
